Step One
Arrange an appointment
A traditional funeral is organised with a funeral director, typically with multiple face-to-face meetings. As standard, our direct cremations do not require face-to-face funeral director involvement and you can arrange a funeral over the telephone with our team of experts.
Step Two
We will listen to your wishes
We will ask questions to make sure we arrange a funeral most fitting for the person who has died. Our low-cost cremation package provides you with all of the essential elements of cremation. We can offer a range of optional extras for a fee, leaving you in control of how and where you spend your money.
Step Three
We’ll provide a cost

A traditional funeral is organised with a funeral director, typically with multiple face-to-face meetings. As standard, our simple and direct cremations do not require funeral director involvement, allowing us to pass on substantial savings to you.
We have a standard low-cost funeral list displayed on the page above. However, there are a few things to be considered before choosing.
The person who died might have paid for their funeral already. This is called a funeral plan. If you don’t know if there’s a funeral plan, you can:
-check the will
-ask the person’s close friends and relatives
-ask local funeral directors
You might be able to get help paying for the funeral if you're on benefits.
Once you've chosen the funeral, you will be given a written estimate giving a breakdown of all of the costs involved.
You will need to contact the bereavement office at the hospital or the Deceased's GP's surgery, they will forward a medical certificate to the Registrar's office, and send cremation forms to us.
You will need to contact the Registrar's office or book an appointment online. The Registrar will contact you by telephone at a pre-appointed time. The death certificates will be sent via post to the next of kin, and the green certificate emailed to us.
