I write to say thank you to you and your family for making such a special time for our Mums funeral on September 30th. We were so sad that our Mother had died but thought how you had looked after and helped us - Kate who was just lovely and so kind - the Willow Casket, Suzanne's flowers, the new Crematorium with all its openness. The sunny day and all the young people who also came, making it so very special. I am sure our Mum would have been pleased.

Just a short note to say thank you for the care and attention given with all aspects associated with the funeral arrangements made for Eileen. The occasion was a very sad one of course but the service and committal couldn't have gone any better and throughout I felt we were being looked after by good friends as well as caring and efficient service providers. My sister and members of Eileen's family made similar comments too.
